Andrea Rochford has Twenty-Five (25) years of experience in the implementation of IT systems. She is an associate consultant with IBD/RD but also runs her own company Personalized Quality Systems (PQS).
Ms. Rochford has a degree in Computer Science with a minor in business and coupled with her practical knowledge in gives her an opportunity to analyze situations from a business and programmer perspective. She formed PQS in November 1996 as she realized that many of the growing small businesses needed Information Systems. She is a certified and experienced Project Management Professional (PMP). She also works with ERP systems, various programing languages with a strength in databases and e-commerce integration.
In recent years she has been integral in the project management and implementation of several systems in the financial, manufacturing and service industry as well as the government sector. Recent clients include Ferreira Optical Limited, UNIPET and the Housing Development Corporation.
